All sessions of the Congress, including exhibits, posters, and oral presentations will take place in the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel.
Registration / Membership
All attendees must register for the meeting. Register early and get the discounted pre-registration fee. The pre-registration deadline is Aug. 26, 2011.

Workshops, $30 per session
(Friday and/or Saturday)
Fellows must include a letter on letterhead signed by your Program Director indicating you are in training. Students must provide a current copy of student identification.
The Congress registration fees include 2012 OARSI membership renewal, or new membership. The fee also includes a Congress bag, abstract supplement, all scientific sessions and poster sessions, welcome reception, and breaks.
Cancellations / Refunds
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation and receipt card must be received by Aug. 26, 2011. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed after the meeting. All requests received after Aug. 26, 2011, will forfeit 100 percent of monies paid.
Certificate of Attendance, Badges, Passports and Visas
A certificate of attendance will be available for all registrants at the on-site registration desk. Badges will be available at the registration desk starting on Thursday morning, Sept. 15. They should be worn at all Congress functions.
Participants are expected to make their own arrangements to enter the United States.

Abstract Supplement
All abstracts presented at the Congress, both oral and poster, will be published in the supplement to OARSI’s journal, Osteoarthritis and Cartilage.
